Essentially, Municipal Courts, which had jurisdiction in matters involving $25,000. or less, are being merged with Superior Courts in most California counties. We will keep you posted on changes in filing and other fees. Why do we expect that the increased efficiencies will result in higher filing fees for debt collection accounts? | ||||||
