Claim Documentation
State and federal laws and ethical requirements dictate that Lamb & Michael, a.p.c. review documentation of your claims before initiation of action. Early transmittal of supporting documents can help us in our research and location efforts, and greatly reduce delays in recovery.

While we realize that many transactions take place with minimal documentation, we must review sufficient documentation to justify the claims asserted. Items typically received include credit applications, invoices, copies of billing statements, security documents, and correspondence.

We must be advised of any previous collection efforts, and any disputes which have been asserted. This can be especially important in consumer claims, particularly where the consumer has requested that communications cease, or be restricted.

In our experience, prompt documentation can greatly increase your odds of successful recovery. We will be happy to discuss requirements for a single case, or to help you set up a long-term documentation and credit reporting program.

Lamb & Michael, a professional law corporation offers managed collection of  accounts in all 58 counties of California. We are listed in major U. S. law lists for collection of   accounts.
